Why become a member?

Because it helps us to help you!

Did you know:

• that as a volunteer organisation we receive minimal funding from the government!
• We rely almost entirely on income from memberships, fundraising and donations to keep our vessels fuelled, operational and on the water.
• That you can be confident knowing that your membership fee is being used in the upkeep and the operational readiness of our rescue vessels and the training of our volunteer crews and radio operators.

By becoming a member:

• much of your crucial information is already in our system
• for a just $60.00 a year, slightly more than a dollar a week (even less if you are a concession card holder!) know you are supporting us in saving lives on the water.
• is an inexpensive way to give peace of mind to you and your loved ones when you put to sea to enjoy a day out fishing or boating.
• logging on with us, either by radio, phone or via the Marine Rescue NSW application (available from Apple apps store of Google Apps) is smoother and easier
• much to the important information is at hand so that in the event you get into trouble and need us we can get going to assist you faster!
